The CineFiles

In an effort to keep things interesting, I thought about doing a comic featuring “making of” trivia about Scrooged but, to be honest, there wasn’t that much exciting stuff to make into a comic. Then I started thinking about what it took to modernize a story originally written about and for Victorian audiences and something went “pop” in my brain and I decided to go super meta and draw a couple of my favorite scenes and characters from the movie as though they were illustrations from a Victorian broadside. My wrist deeply regrets this decision, though I think it turned out rather nicely overall. God bless us, everyone!
